Through my work in micrography and timelapse photography, I have used many types of image analysis methods. These include ones for quantification/cell counting, identification of tags, deconvolution, that are used in conjunction with software such as ImageJ/FIJI or packaged with microscopes, or that I have written myself in Matlab or Python.
